Small, Local Cohorts – Students are grouped into close-knit cohorts within their communities. This fosters collaboration, peer support, and a strong network of future educators who grow and learn together.

Educator Development Bootcamp – Participants undergo an intensive training program focused on instructional techniques, classroom management, student engagement strategies, and the principles of kindness-driven education. This ensures they have the foundational skills to enter educational spaces with confidence.

Live Facilitation & Team Experience – After completing two full days of professional development training, interns put their learning into practice by facilitating live enrichment workshops on Zoom for families with children ages 6-12. Working in teams of two, they build real facilitation experience with support and guidance. It’s a hands-on way to grow the skills that matter for future roles in education.

Career Development & Job Placement Assistance – We support interns in securing future opportunities, whether through mentorship, resume building, interview preparation, or direct connections to hiring educational institutions and organizations.
